WANT TO SAVE ON YOUR COURIER COSTS?
QMS PARTNERS WITH NABS
QMS would like to formally invite all NABS supporters to join Quick Messenger Service (QMS) in its fundraising campaign for NABS Canada. The program is a simple one.
QMS will donate 10% to NABS of all dollars spent by companies, on same day courier with QMS.
This program has been working very well in Montreal with AAPQ member agencies in support of NABS Quebec chapter - ‘BEC’ - Bénévolat d'Entraide aux Communicateurs. Since starting this program in May 2006, the following companies have joined: Orfe Communications, Lxb Communications, TAXI Montreal, Alfred Communications, Tam-Tam and Ogilvy Montreal.
QMS offers competitive pricing and the best service in the Toronto and Montreal markets and have been supporting many charities since it’s inception in 1969. QMS has always believed in giving back and with this program we can generate some substantial dollars for the NABS organization... one delivery at a time.
Here is how the program works:
- You do not have to spend any additional funds
- You switch your current courier requirements to QMS
- QMS has over 120 couriers servicing the GTA with depots right downtown at 1st Canadian Place, Mississauga and Brampton.
- Our online shipping system is second to none, and have unlimited customizable email notification is a client favourite.
It almost sounds too good to be true. This is a win-win win situation. Your account can be set up with one phone call. Spend no more, improve your courier service and support NABS at the same time.
Give QMS the opportunity to show they can save you time and money on your current courier costs. Let’s get the deliveries flowing, so we can all give back... one delivery at a time.

Zoom Media Announces 9th Year of Support For National Advertising Benevolent Society of Canada (NABS) as Charity of Choice
ZOOM MEDIA Inc., announced the renewal of one of the longest donor-partnership programs in the advertising industry for a 9th consecutive year. Zoom will support The NATIONAL ADVERTISING BENEVOLENT SOCIETY of Canada (NABS), as their charity of choice through the donation of advertising sales from its Agency Network Fund in Ontario, Western Canada and Quebec.
On May 10th, 2007, at the 23rd annual NABS Fundraising Gala, Zoom Media announcde the donation of a cheque for $52,000, which represents the proceeds from the 2006/2007 agency network campaign. Zoom has now donated more than $400,000 through the Agency Network, making Zoom one of the largest single contributors to NABS Canada. This support combines contributions to the NABS WEST chapter in Vancouver, B.C. and for NABS Quebec chapter – BEC - Bénévolat d'Entraide aux Communicateurs.
Andy Querin, President and C.O.O. of Zoom Media – Canada says, ‘After working together for several consecutive years, Zoom Media is proud to support NABS as its industry charity of choice by making this years donation of $52,000. Zoom welcomes the opportunity to get involved with the regional NABS chapters such as NABS WEST and BEC.
Zoom Media operates a unique promotional network for advertisers, through the placement of advertising boards in media and creative agencies across Canada. The ‘Agency Network’ has grown since its creation in 1998 from 35 agencies to more than 75 agencies across Canada (Quebec, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver). The objective is to support the advertising industry by encouraging the next generation of advertisers.
‘On behalf of all our chapters across the country, I wish to thank all the agencies and advertisers that support the Zoom Agency network. This partnership is very unique to our industry and raising these dollars through other fundraising programs would be difficult without the commitment of the Zoom Media team across Canada,’
Mike Fenton, President & CEO, NABS Canada.
